1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit adelanteshop.se and when you use our design tool. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

These terms govern the use of the website. For all matters relating to orders, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, and complaints regarding defective products, our Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply. If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall prevail in relation to the purchase itself.

Mandatory consumer protection laws always take precedence over these terms.

3. Who May Use the Service

You may use the website and design tool if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18 and have permission from your legal guardian to make a purchase.

If you are under 18, a legal guardian must approve the order before it is placed.

4. The Design Tool

In the design tool, you create your own design by uploading images and adding text. The tool displays a preview of how the shin guards will look.

Before you can proceed to checkout, you will be shown both shin guards and asked to approve the design. What you approve is what will be produced. Please carefully check spelling, placement, size, and cropping before approving the design.

The preview is displayed on a screen. Minor differences in colour and shade between the screen and the printed product may occur.

5. Material You Upload

You retain all rights to the images and text you upload. We do not claim ownership of them.

By uploading material, you confirm that:

  • you own the material or have the right to use it for this purpose,

  • the material does not infringe any other person’s copyright, trademark, right to their name, or right to their image,

  • the material is not illegal, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

For example, you may not upload images of public figures, club logos, sponsor logos, or other protected symbols without permission from the relevant rights holder.

You are responsible for the material you upload. If claims are made against us because of material you have uploaded, we may seek compensation from you for any loss or damage caused as a result.

6. How Your Uploaded Files Are Handled

Once you have approved your design, a print file is created and stored with our technical service provider, Cloudflare, within the EU. The file is used solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Print files are automatically deleted after 90 days.

We do not use your material for marketing purposes without first asking for and obtaining your consent.

7. When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse to manufacture a design and cancel the purchase if the material breaches Section 5 above, or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the order is fraudulent.

If we cancel a purchase for any of these reasons, we will refund the full amount. We will always contact you first and explain the reason.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and design tool available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors. Maintenance, updates, and service interruptions may occur.

The design tool requires a modern web browser. We cannot guarantee that it will work in older browsers or with extensions that block parts of the website.

We recommend that you do not leave a design unfinished without completing it, as saved data may be lost if you close your browser.

9. Our Rights

The content of the website — including text, images, logo, layout, the design tool, and its code — belongs to Adelante Sweden AB or our partners.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or use the content commercially without our written permission. You may, of course, save and print pages for your own personal use.

The Adelante name and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • attempt to gain access to parts of the service that are not intended for you,

  • use automated tools to submit orders or files,

  • intentionally overload or disrupt the service,

  • bypass security controls used in connection with file uploads.

11. Links to Other Services

The website may contain links to other websites or services, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the content of websites that we do not operate.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you use the website is the version that applies.

If we make significant changes, we will provide information about them on the website.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Swedish law applies.

If you have any comments or complaints, we ask that you contact us first — most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN):
